General Ticket Information
Yes. Although admission is free on August 13, 14 and 15, visitors must reserve a ticket through the ticket portal. The ticket grants access to the venue including all competition fields, there will be free seating during those days.
All tickets must be booked through the official ticket portal. The link will be available once ticket sales open.
No. There will be no on-site ticket sales. All tickets must be purchased online. There will be the option to scan a QR Code at the main entrance on site to get direct access to the ticket portal.
Yes. A maximum of five tickets can be ordered per person and per day for each event day from August 13 to 16.

Ticket Types
Yes. Reduced tickets are available for the finals day on August 16. The other event days are free of charge and therefore do not offer reduced ticket categories.
Reduced tickets are available for children, youth, students, trainees and seniors. Proof of eligibility may be required at the entrance.
Wheelchair users or severely disabled guests (marked with “B” in the ID) and their accompanying persons receive free admission on final day, but require a separate ticket.

From Düsseldorf:
Take the S-Bahn line S6 in the direction of Köln-Nippes and get off at Düsseldorf-Garath station.
From Cologne (Köln):
Take the S-Bahn line S6 in the direction of Essen and get off at Düsseldorf-Garath station.
From Düsseldorf-Garath station, it is approximately a 10-minute walk to the Flag Football Complex.

Yes. Re-entry is permitted.
Doors will open probably around 30 minutes prior to the first matches of the day.
Seating depends on the event day. Thursday – Saturday: With a free ground pass, you do not have an assigned seat. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Sunday: With a final stadium pass, each ticket includes a assigned seat in the grandstand at the main field, where the medal matches take place. Please note that children aged up to 5 attend free of charge and do not receive an assigned seat.
