From head coaches and athletes to VIP guests. 
In the accreditation office you set the foundation for all participants and stakeholders by issuing official event credentials. You will support data registration, create ID photos, assist with accreditation production - ideally will be available a few days before the event starts.
 

This is where the action happens. Everything on the competition fields needs to run smoothly. You support operational procedures and award ceremonies, work closely with participants, and accompany them throughout the competition. From entering the field of play to receiving their medals. 

This area focuses on direct communication with all participating athletes. Would you like to welcome teams at the airport or hotels? Can you imagine being the first point of contact at the information counter? Do you want to supervise training areas and help ensure optimal preparation conditions for athletes? Then the Guest Management team is the perfect place for you.

Do you have an eye for detail and enjoy hands-on work? Support our logistics team. You will help maintain the overall appearance of the venue, assist with setup and dismantling, support venue dressing, and help ensure that the entire sports facility runs smoothly.

Media representatives from around the world will rely on you. You accompany athletes to the mixed zone, help maintain order in media areas and on the press tribune, support the broadcast production team, and assist in managing media zones. If you enjoy photography or have a passion for social media, this is the right role for you, offering unique behind-the-scenes insights into international sports media operations.

One of the more discreet yet highly important areas. You will support anti-doping chaperones and assist the medical team during doping control procedures, while also helping with general medical operations at the venue.

You ensure that spectators experience the event as something special from the very first moment. You welcome visitors at the entrance, scan tickets, answer questions, and support visitor guidance throughout the venue, keeping an eye on pathways, stands, and spectator areas.

The event is more than just sport. The Fan Zone as well as the Opening and Closing Ceremonies complete the experience. Help us bring these highlights to life and create unforgettable moments for everyone involved.
